I finished my bunny socks!! I’m so excited and thrilled, but see for yourself:
I stitched little frowny faces on one half and little furry tales on the other half of the bunnies. Aren’t they the cutest things ever??

I finally managed to finished the first sock. I think it’s really cute. Needless to say, I had to show it off to Snoopy who first licked it and then showed his back to it …
Actually, in the second photo he might just sit model for the cute, white and fluffy bunny tails saying “but mommy, bunnies have TAILS!!!”
Snoopy’s first time in the snow. At first he was scared, but then he hopped around happily:

I finally managed to get the sock going at a decent fit and tension. It was a major pain.
Here’s my story: The first try was very uneven, barely went over my heel and was too tight around my upper leg – so off to the frog pond it went. The 2nd one was more even, but still too tight around the upper leg. My idea then was to knit the top pattern repeat in a larger needle size, which I did, but the stitch fabric turned out loosely and generally pretty ugly. So I decided to cast on 8 more stitches for the first pattern repeat and then decrease them in the second one – that worked like a charm and now I just finished the heel flap and they fit wonderfully
This is a pic before I started the heel:
Here’s my new project, which is called Bunnies in the sunpshine. The pattern is actually called Night of the Lepus, but mine looks more like some bunnies enjoying the sun ….
I finally finished the November Mystery sock, which now has the name Twisted Mockery. I thought I’d never be done because it felt like I was knitting on forever
Now I will wrap those and give them to my granny for Christmas. I hope she’ll like them and that they keep her feet warm …
While us humans have our Advenzkalender for a while, Snoopy got his today while we were browsing in the pet store. He was really excited

Yep, I have been stitching, too … just two little ornaments, though, but they turned out super cute
and here’s one in the shape of a tree!!
Here are two photos of what might be the cutest pattern that I have knitted so far – the Manolo socks by Yarnissima.
I gave those to my mom for her birthday, but I have to knit a pair for myself some day …
